GANESH CHATURTHI CELEBRATION
Ganesh Chaturthi is one of the religious and most celebrated festivals all across India. To pay homage to Lord Ganesh, LAXMI INSTITUTE OF MANAGEMENT organized Ganesh Chaturthi Festival on 29th August 2022. In Hindi verbatim, the phrase ‘Shri Ganesh’ signifies the start of something, especially the start of something good and positive.
STORY TELLING COMPETITION
To honour the historic 75 years of independence, Laxmi Institute of Management organised a Story telling Competition for MBA and BVOC students on August 17, 2022. The event was an attempt to recognise and memorialise forgotten heroes of our independence movement.
RANGOLI MAKING COMPETITION
Rangoli creation is an important aspect of Indian culture and adds to the festivities. As India commemorates 75 years of glorious freedom, Azadi ka Amrit Mahotsav, Laxmi Institute of Management hosted a Rangoli making competition on 10th August, 2022 to encourage students’ ability and creativity.
RAKSHA BANDHAN
Raksha Bandhan is an endearing way to commemorate the bond between brothers and sisters. India, as a varied country, is a melting pot of cultures and customs. This wonderful festival is celebrated with joy and enthusiasm throughout India, regardless of religion or caste, with each region lending its distinct flavor to the occasion. The festivities of the occasion become much more meaningful as India celebrates 75 years of independence. Laxmi Institute of Management hosted a Rakhi Making Competition to honour the way we appreciate other cultures and to foster creativity among students. The event was organized on 8th August 2022.
QUIZ COMPETITION
With the objective to evaluate the knowledge of the students within academics as well as beyond academics and to make them familiar with the prospects of the quizzes and the objectivity of the questions, LAXMI INSTITUTE OF MANAGEMENT hosted a quiz competition. The reason to conduct the competition becomes much more meaningful as India celebrates 75 years of independence .The event was organised on 10th of august 2022. The occasion was celebrated with zest and enthusiasm.
FIRELESS COOKING COMPETITION
While celebrating Azadi ka Amrit Mahotsav, a Fireless Cooking competition was organized for MBA and B VOC students on 10th August 2022. The basic objective of the event was to provide a platform to the students to foster their creativity and decision making skills and also help them explore their hidden talents and discover new areas of interest.
POSTER MAKING COMPETITION
When words fail to communicate the language of the mind, soul, and heart, art steps in to assist. Keeping this in mind, Laxmi Institute of Management organized a poster making competition on the occasion of Azadi ka Amrit Mahotsav on Friday, August 12, 2022 to commemorate India’s glorious 75 years of independence. The competition was organized for MBA and BVOC students. A total of 12 teams participated in the event.
TEACHERS DAY 2019
LVS – MBA Department celebrated “Teacher’s day – 2019” on 05/09/2019. Honourable LIM Director sir gave motivational speech and explained importance of teachers day. All professors also gave inspirational speeches.
All MBA students got opportunity to describe and perform their unique talent such as dance, singing, poetry recitation.
MBA students made this day memorable with the efforts and hard work.

LIM second year students organized freshers’ welcome party for the first year students (batch of 2018-20).
After the Orientation, the program started with various games and contest including ramp walk, question answers, talent display for Mr. and Ms. Fresher 2018.All the freshers enjoyed the celebrations and all thanked the director, staff and senior students for hosting such a nice program.
